RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Taliaroma Wax & Accessories LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all products purchased from our website www.taliaroma.com (the “Site”).


1. YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN – 14 DAYS

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including all tags, seals, and accessories).
  • The product must be in resalable condition.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., wax, food items, bath bombs, natural soaps)
  • Opened or used cosmetics (e.g., lipsticks, creams, lotions, makeup brushes)
  • Personal care items (e.g., razors, epilators, tweezers)
  • Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Clearance / final sale items (clearly marked as such on the product page)
  • Items returned after 14 days (unless faulty)

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order numberproduct name, and reason for return.
  3. Attach a clear photo or video showing the product’s condition (if claiming damage or defect).

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

If we pay for return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you upon receipt of a valid receipt.


5. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

  • Products must be returned in original, unbroken packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct up to 50% of the refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not caused by us.
  • Items returned without prior authorization (RMA) may be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we received the return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank account).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your UAE bank account. You must provide valid bank details.

7. PARTIAL REFUNDS

We may issue a partial refund in the following cases:

  • The item is not in original condition, has missing parts, or shows damage not due to our error.
  • The item is returned after 14 days but within 30 days (we may refund 50–80% at our discretion).
  • The item is a bulk or wholesale purchase.

8. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  • Return the original item following the process above.
  • Place a new order for the desired item.

This is the fastest way to get the correct product.


9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged (broken, crushed, leaking)
  • Defective (does not work as intended)
  • Wrong item (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

We will, at your choice:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping fees)

You will not be required to return the damaged/wrong item unless we specifically ask you to (in which case we pay return shipping).


10. REFUND TIMING (BY PAYMENT METHOD)

⚠️ If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first. Then email us if the issue persists.


11. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the UAE:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  • Customs duties and taxes paid at original purchase are non-refundable by us. You may claim them from your local customs authority.
